Given that each project we undertake is unique, providing an exact price without a thorough discussion of your specific needs and budget can be challenging. Our goal is to understand your vision and financial constraints to deliver a product that meets your expectations without exceeding your budget. Our pricing is influenced by three primary factors: Laser Print Time, Quantity, and Materials (Type and Quality).

Laser Print Time refers to the duration required to engrave each item. Multiple variables, such as the complexity of the design, the type of material, and the desired depth and darkness of the engraving, can affect this time. We can adjust various settings to optimize the engraving process. For instance, a faster, lighter burn can be achieved, or we can take more time for a deeper, darker engraving. For detailed projects, like wedding invitations, each piece might take significant time to complete. For example, if one invitation takes 26 minutes, producing 200 would take approximately 86 hours. However, we can often adjust settings to reduce this time while maintaining the desired appearance.

As a starting point, based on the varying detail and time investment in my samples, my prices generally fall within the following range:

$2 - $4 for anything that takes less than five minutes

$5 for anything that takes about five minutes

$8 for anything that takes about six to eight minutes

$11 for anything that takes about ten minutes

$14 for anything that takes about fifteen minutes

$17 for anything that takes about twenty minutes

$20 for anything that takes about twenty-five minutes

And so on, scaling accordingly with the time and intricacy involved in each project.

Please keep in mind that these prices are a very rough draft for each piece, and there are many factors that can be adjusted to decrease the print time. For a more accurate quote, we would need to have a detailed discussion. As we work on creating your custom graphic design intended for print, we will be able to provide you with more accurate pricing throughout the process.

Larger orders can offer better overall value due to economies of scale. While the total cost may still be substantial, you benefit from receiving highly customized products at a more favorable rate. We offer a variety of sales bi-weekly, along with discounted prices on bundles and large quantities of items. For example, ordering 200 invitations will get you a better deal than ordering 50, and 50 invitations are priced better than ordering just 25.

We have a wide variety of materials including acrylic, glass, wood, slate, and granite. The choice of material depends entirely on the specific project and your preferences. The choice of materials plays a significant role in determining the overall cost. We offer a range of options, from budget-friendly to premium quality. If the laser time is consuming most of your budget due to intricate designs, we can suggest alternative materials to meet your needs without compromising on quality. For clients seeking the highest quality, we can source top-tier materials that enhance the product's luxury and durability. Although this might increase costs, the outcome is truly exceptional and tailored to your exact specifications.
