All About our Newsletter!

Having a newsletter was a no-brainer for Fairylight. We love our customers, what better way to show that than to connect with you as often as possible? Our newsletter comes out biweekly on Mondays and if there is any change to this schedule it will be mentioned ahead of time. These newsletters help us gather what it is you're looking for while providing you with updates and product launches regarding our business. We intentionally try not to overwhelm your emails like other newsletters, we just want to politely let you know what’s coming soon in hopes that it makes your day brighter!

Benefits of Subscribing to our Newsletter:

Total transparency between customer and business. At Fairylight Engravings and Design, we firmly believe keeping a friendly and honest relationship with our clientele is vital. We’ve said it once, and we will say it again, we are dedicated to building lasting friendships with our customers. Our business’s customer service and transparency are the foundation. These newsletters give us a chance to let you know what it is we are working on, by letting you know about our current projects.

You can stay up to date on our system updates and launches! We are unable to accurately stress how spectacular this benefit is. Every week we have multiple new designs dropping for various products. Our newsletter goes over what’s new to the store and what will be coming soon.

Additionally - if you were unaware, our business intends to dramatically increase our product variety starting in Spring of 2025. As for right now, we are putting a lot of our efforts into Wedding or Event-specific products. However, we plan to drop more range soon. These newsletters can act as a perfect reminder and will drop hints as to what will be dropping in the New Year.

You can celebrate with us! We would like to invite you to celebrate our store’s milestones and anniversaries just as we were able to celebrate yours with you! We love sharing any and all good news with our clients, just as we hope you love sharing yours with us. Our customers mean the world.

Your opinion matters! Do you feel like the store is missing something, whether it be a product or a specific design style? Our newsletters have regular polls and questions you can respond to so we can cater to your wants and needs. We want to know what it is you want so we can deliver! A happy customer makes a happy business. We want your feedback!

You can find out where we plan to be! This unfortunately does not apply to every customer. Our business is based in New York, the Capital Region specifically. Although we would love to meet our customers in California, that’s not entirely feasible for us. However, if you’re in the area, this is a fantastic way to be able to meet face-to-face. We will inform you about any Expo, Craft Fair, and Show we will be at in the future so you can check us out for yourself!

And lastly, everyone’s favorite feature: ✨discounts.✨ Every newsletter provides information regarding the current and upcoming discounts! We understand that our products can occasionally become pricey due to material and personalization costs. So we try to make it easier for our recurring and new customers by providing lots of discounts throughout the year.
