The customer information portion of the form is self-explanatory. Write down your name, address, email, and phone number so that we have a way to contact you! In the “Occasion You’re Purchasing For” section, simply write down the event you plan on using our products for, if they have an intended event. For example, we make products for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Weddings, Everyday Use, and more. If your product has a specific purpose, sharing that information helps us categorize it and keep it themed according to your needs. Lastly, write the date of the event in the “Event Date” section. While not every product we make requires a specific date, items like Save-the-Dates or Wedding Invitations will definitely need a date at some point.

No problem if you haven't chosen a date for the event yet! We can always get that information from you later.

Next up is the ‘Order Details‘ portion. Just list the products you want to inquire about, the quantity, and any specific details regarding the product. No worries about keeping it neat, and it's fine whether you have a lot or just a few ideas. This is your “design idea” space, and we will help you out with more inspiration or ideas if you’re lacking. If you have pictures or references for what you want your products to look like, list them! We’ll check them out.

This part of the form is easier to fill out if you check out our Design Log, where we have all the fonts, material options, potential colors, etc. Can’t find anything that meets your standards? No worries! Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll be more than happy to make it just right for you. It is a custom order form after all! If you want a product or design not yet on our website, just ask.

The ‘Order Information’ section offers a few more lines for you to include any additional ideas you may have! This is your space to let your artistic juices flow, and we encourage you to use it to its fullest potential. Jot down anything that comes to mind, whether it’s a rough idea of the ‘vibe’ you’re aiming for or specific graphics and sayings that you think will make your custom order stand out.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure or not completely sold on your initial idea; that's what we're here for! Our team will work tirelessly to create a variety of sample variations, tweaking and perfecting each design until it matches your vision perfectly. We pride ourselves on our ability to bring any concept to life, no matter how detailed or vague it may be. And remember, there's absolutely no pressure to fill every line with ideas. Even if your ideas are just starting to take shape, we can help guide and develop them into something truly remarkable.

We'll support you through every step of the process, whether you're filled with artistic ideas or looking for a bit of creative support, we're here to make your vision a reality.

The last section of the Custom Order Inquiry form only consists of two areas to fill out! (You’re almost done, I promise!) Just fill out your shipping address and the date you need your custom order by. Your shipping address can be your house or a venue location; whichever works best for you and your needs!
