While we strive to respond quickly, we guarantee a reply within the day.

What’s your refund or return policy?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we do not offer refunds or returns. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, returning them is not possible. However, please don’t let this deter you. We support you throughout your entire purchasing journey, providing numerous samples and making unlimited edits upon your request until your printing date. Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your products.

What are your business’s goals?

Fairylight has ambitious goals for our future. In Spring 2025, we will dramatically expand our stock and designs. We also plan to open our storefront within our area in a few years. Most importantly, we hope to continue nurturing our friendly relationships with our wonderful customers, who are the heart and soul of our business.

Where is your business located?

Fairylight is located in Amsterdam, New York. We cater to and ship within the US, and you can find us selling in-person at various events. While we don't have a dedicated storefront yet, we plan to establish one in a few years, so stay tuned!

What are your business’s hours of operation?

We try our hardest to respond promptly whenever the time or day - however, life doesn’t always work out this smoothly. So typically we mention we are open from 8:30 AM until 6 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays as a general rule of thumb. If this doesn’t work for your schedule, just let us know! We will try to accommodate you the best we can.

How long have you been in business?

Although we started our business in May 2024, don't let that short timeframe fool you! We've been working with laser engravers and their programs since childhood. We're confident that our expertise will leave you delighted with our services.

What products or services do you provide?

We provide a wide array of laser-engraved wedding and event goods. At Fairylight, we specialize in offering numerous designs and custom orders tailored to all your wedding needs. Excitingly, we will be expanding our product range in Spring 2025. In the meantime, if you have a specific design or a unique product in mind, we're more than happy to create a custom order just for you.
